Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For CNC machined parts the MOQ is usually 100 pieces. Prototypes and samples can be made from a single piece. Standard fasteners start from 10,000 pieces.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Most quotations are sent within 24 hours. Complex assemblies or die-casting projects that need tooling may take 2–3 working days.
Which drawing formats do you accept?
STEP, IGES, X_T, DWG, DXF and PDF. If you only have a sample or a sketch, we can reverse-engineer the part for you.
What are your payment terms?
Usually 30% T/T deposit and 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders, and PayPal for samples.
How do you ship the goods?
By sea, air or express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We work under EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP and can arrange door-to-door delivery.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before you send drawings, and your designs are never shared with third parties.
