From RFQ to Delivery: How We Handle Export Orders

Buying custom parts from overseas can feel risky the first time. This is how a typical order runs at Torvex, from your first email to the goods arriving at your door.

1. Quotation

Send your drawings with the material, quantity and finish. Within 24 hours you receive a quote with unit price, any tooling cost, lead time and payment terms.

2. Samples and Approval

We make samples in 5–7 days and send them by express with an inspection report. Production only starts after you approve the samples.

3. Production and Inspection

You receive progress photos every week. Before shipping, every batch goes through final inspection, and third-party inspection by SGS or BV is welcome.

4. Shipping and Documents

We ship by sea, air or express under EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP, and provide the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin.
